ОтветитьHey, try to recreate nirvana tones on a mustang lt25 amp. Its a fender amp thats supposed to be able to model a bunch of amps and crap. (Im think of buying one as my second amp and i want to know if it can do nirvana tones)
Ответитьyou can make a drain you tone , if you read this good luck with all tones
ОтветитьAwesome! Great work, as usual. Not to mention, this is one of my favorite Nirvana songs.
Ответитьgreat!👏👏👏👏👏👏
ОтветитьKurt recorded the first few Nirvana songs with his Univox, and recorded the last Nirvana song with a Univox. If that's not poetic I don't know what is.
Ответитьorgulho do Brasillll !!!!
ОтветитьMy favorite song!! Thank you for your work!!!
ОтветитьWell done 🎸
ОтветитьOriginal pickup?Strings gauge?
ОтветитьThis was well worth the 2 year wait, absolutely spot on in both tone and playing. I'm actually in the process of learning YKYR by watching this Instead of using tabs.
ОтветитьWow good job man. Respect
ОтветитьYou do a great job man. Been a fan since 88 of Nirvana
ОтветитьApart from the solid state fizzy nature, quite close.
ОтветитьGreat performance man!
ОтветитьKiller sound, great job dude
ОтветитьSo wonderful thank you.
ОтветитьYou rocked it. It’s tied as my favorite song with Oh, The Guilt. Thanks for not sucking… jk. Nice touch with the poppies.
ОтветитьThe flowers are a nice touch
ОтветитьI highly recommend you listen to the only live performance of this in 1993 at the Aragon Ballroom. It is so much more lyrically, sonically far more powerful. Knowing it was being heard for the first time makes it even more stunning...During the chorus he is just screaming "Hey" not "Pain" that was altered for the video long after his death. Hole absolutely disgraced this song and Kurt during their unplugged, Courtney had no right. This was the last song Nirvana ever recorded in a studio, the same one Dave would record the first Foo Fighters album. Haunting.
ОтветитьMad
ОтветитьIf this proves anything (aside from nailing the tone) it shows that that the Tone Master amps are a quality amp and people should take them more seriously.
ОтветитьPlease cover ivy league from the same session, im begging you eric!
ОтветитьGreat video - always wondered how he got that sound behind the bridge!
Kurt certainly was a master of feedback. I just heard an early live recording from 1988 where he plays a ton of songs that would end up on Bleach - the feedback sounds he got were literally identical on much of it.
Can you PLEASE do a recreation of Territorial Pissings? I’ve never been able to emulate those creaky palm muted notes that end the song. What the heck did he do there?!?
Great cover man, you rock!!!!!
ОтветитьJohnny’s guitar
ОтветитьI love this guitar. But i don't love you don't own it😢
ОтветитьHi, Why has Kurt never used a left-handed Univox?
ОтветитьFucking fantastic playing and tone! That was alot of fun to watch.
ОтветитьWish Cobain was still with us…
ОтветитьO wasn’t looking at the screen during the clean reference and didn’t even notice the difference! 🤯
ОтветитьYou probably get this question million times but I have to ask. From where are you downloading individual tracks/stems?
ОтветитьThat was fucking excellent.
I remember hearing this song for the first time when it premiered here in the UK. I watched it on MTV at my house with my friends. Every single one of us was absolutely silent throughout and listening intently. For a brief moment it was almost like Nirvana had returned and Kurt had never left.
Nirvana are the only band I can clearly remember the first time I heard them. it was August in 1991. I was 11 years old. The song was Negative Creep and it changed everything. I was supposed to see them on tour in 1994 when I was 14 years old, alas never to be.
You always help me learn new songs just by me looking at your fingers
ОтветитьSo you already have a Univox phase 1, now you could make Nobody Knows I'm New Wave
ОтветитьAmazing uwu
Also, Aneurysm with the bbc 91 tone!
Damn dude that feedback was perfect. Incredibly well done.
Ответитьi love that voice cracks in kurts vocals
ОтветитьI want a univox so bad
ОтветитьHe Eric, your videos are amazing man! Love all your content about the guitars and tones. Have you ever considered recording your tones to make IR packs or any digital modeling stuff? I would buy that stuff immediately
ОтветитьPossibly mt fav Nirvana tune.....prob because it was their last one
