Need a small help on this one. How do I create an e-mail generator using excel based upon customer profiled information (Name, phone number, ticket number, valid or invalid e-mail address, date of service start, date of service end) creates and sends an e-mail (Lotus Notes/Outlook) to the customer? On the e-mail, how will it automatically add Subject, Customer name, Signature, email body etc,. and how to put controls?
