One of the heaviest shoes I ever skated were the CM902, the best shoe tho had to be the CM802.

I had the grey and yellow D3's, those were dope. I remember a lot of people hating on them, though. Now, all of a sudden, everyone loves them. Geee I wonder why???? Fckn hypebeast.

I will say some of the designs started getting a little out of control. But I do miss brands coming out with shoe’s that were not just another Vans look a like.

I had the globe ct-4, easily an all-time great. Durable and comfortable. I’m convinced ‘board feel’ is a marketing scam to be able to sell cheap, uncomfortable shoes that don’t hold up to the abuse and wear of skating. I never saw anyone that actually skated wearing the d3s in the wild, it was all nu-metal kids

I love this chunky, supra and AJ1 era, hate slim old skool, dad shoes and running era nowdays

I dislike thin shoes, prefer the chunkier but wish there were more shoes somewhere in the middle, like Vans and Airwalk in the early 2000s.
