How to beat Ranged Champions with Pantheon Mid... (HINT: IT'S SIMPLE)

I've been researching/playing Panth mid for awhile and observe this...

If you're against a ranged enemy mid that has priority in lane pushing aka hard counter.
Build vamp scepter into Rav Hydra alongside Electro rune (taste of blood & second wind) and take teleport. This will keep you in lane (from the runes and life steal from VS) long enough for their mana to run out from them trying to poke you out of lane. If their JG tries to gank you and chunk you down just tele port back to your twr. Rav Hdyra allows you to hard push cannon waves forcing their enemy mid to stay at their twr while you make a move for Harold/Drag. This is your early to mid game strat that will get you past Gold.

If your enemy mid is not a counter you go boots first and improve W - Q - E (backoff while E) to harass until you push them out of lane consistently. To kill them make sure they're almost half hp and when you combo into E get in front of them while you E into an improved Q after the E. Most times you will NOT be able to kill them with getting only 1 combo off so be patient.
