I have got a 3500x because the 3600 wasnt available at all when i tried to get one. And that despite me living in Europe and the 3500x being the CPU for the Asian market. It may be a little bit slower than the 3600 but i also got it for just under 130€.

Tip: Look at CPU usage above all. A 199$ CPU as Ryzen 3600 has 50-60% usage when others have 80-90%. This means it can handle much better games.

In India ryzen 5 3600 costs 18000₹, ryzen 5 3500x costs 14000₹ and i5 10400f costs 13000₹. And i5 10400f completely outperforms ryzen 5 3500x and is very close to ryzen 5 3600. Well seems like ryzen is not gonna enjoy their triumph in the cpu market for long. Soon intel will take over again
