Basically, simply, this is not a bad quick review, but the hundreds of redundant repetitions of redundant words makes it pretty distracting after a few minutes. And no, it does not give you "every single thing you need to know". :) "And you can EVEN ... type... you know..." And here you can basically, simply even type also. And that's you know essentially basically it. :-D
