Brilliant 👍 thank you
ОтветитьThank you for your effort and shared your experience. I can see you're prepared 🙂👍and be honest, be human!
ОтветитьThanks for sharing! The video really relieved my stress and built my confidence
ОтветитьI still think interviews are a terrible way of assessing peoples capabilities. Personally im a deep thinker and I need time to articulate my thoughts that’s why I prefer writing and informal conversations.
ОтветитьHow do you go about behavioral interviews as a new grad with little to no experience?
ОтветитьThank you Yobi, this was such a helpful video - I especially loved the part where u mentioned embracing the process rather than focusing on the job itself, great advice :)
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьYes
Ответитьsuper valuable. thanks so much!
you mentioned the end goal is not to move forward, but to understand each other. Does that mean I shouldn't ask "What are the next steps?"
Thanks for sharing! I love the part “What's your weakness” that we need to tell the truth but also tell how we want to improve. This viewpoint is very helpful that I never heard about. I also heard from other people recommending not saying very critical weakness. So maybe one more question about this topic: what type of weakness we'd better to avoid saying so that it won't lead to a negative comment on us? For example, time estimation, version control of the design files, decide design directions... are these safe to use?
