Recaptcha on Contact Form 7 showing shortcode or not showing at all! Wordpress TIP!

Hello good morning i have a problem recently regarding recaptcha. It doesn't seem to to show in my phone or laptop. And if i try to log in in the site that required recaptcha it show a notification that "recaptcha verification is required". Please help me it is vey important to me to solve the problem. Thank you.

I am missing something. Why do I see some websites with the recaptcha checkbox?

i still don't understand how it works either. I do receive spam everyday while recaptcha is installed and have no idea how to debug that.

whattttt really? i feel unsafe still lol so as long as i am using contact form 7, i dont need copy and paste any keys like before right?
