Two things, when she mentions the hunting group should be mixed, it actually is, if they watched another minute they'd see 2 or more females as part of the group, the other thing is she mentions farming, ofc they ate easily available fruits, vegetables, and grains but the farmers of this era are represented in game by the "Izila" who are neolithics from mesopotamia
