So if my school account is logged in, in the bachground, and im using my main account to search things and do different tasks, can my school monitor and get information about what i do on my device at home?

yo, i was wondering on if you know how to help with my one problem. i've understood the concept of chrome profiles and google accounts for a while for context. i changed my google pfp (big circle), and i have auto-sync on and what now, but my new profile pic is refreshing on the browser. not in the top right chrome account (little circle) of down below on my taskbar in the bottom right of the chrome program icons. i was just wondering if you knew why it wasn't updating and if there's a way to fix it/speed up the process, as i did it fairly recently (within the past 24 hours).
