When I was a kid, jazz used to literally make me queasy. I’ve grown to adore it. Does anyone else feel like it’s the music of what’s happening?! One of the greatest nights of my life was taking my dad to see Dave. Wow, we were entranced....and Dave came across as the nicest person. I just love how he turns around to watch Joe do his stuff. French grip open handed, played the ride with his right-hand....a pioneer of modern drum playing. Xx
