I Had this Problem, And Tried this, Check if it works for you, If Not, then Try the video ones
This one is easier

Open Task Manager
Right Click on Google Chrome
Select End task
Close task manager
Open Google
And It Works...

In Short, End task in Task manager for Chrome, and then Use chrome :)
