The relationship between the Shogun and the Emperor reminds me a bit of the relationship between the Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire and the many domains therein, where imperial rule was significantly weakened, but given how emperors were elevated by plurality, one clan (Habsburg) basically ruled anyway. Shogunate not really gone in 19th Century. They evolved into Imperial Army.

Imperial Army pretty much Shogunate in principle. They are military Government and run civilian like army which pretty much Shogunate. Imperial Army also a different power apart from Emperor in Tokyo. They can build army and conscript people without Emperor permission. Their power become too big and they pretty much in control of everything pre WW2, Emperor just a figurehead.

Guess what? Japan tell the WORNG HISTORY to their citizens... fu....
They think that there the good ones, and also, even tho the island called 독도 is ours (Koreas) they think that its theirs just because its closer to them. What kind or logic is that?
Fun fact— the sea between Korea and Japan is called the”East sea” but they changed the name to sea of japan even tho its not theres.
