This guy is a PROBLEM. Funny thing is, that most of his fights in russian organization he dominated over quite good roaster, as most of the fighters are on UFC / Bellator level, or even better. Just shows the deep pool of talents around caucasus / russian republics. This combined with tradition, and hunger to excel among many greats produces numbers of excellent fighters. Would all the talents enter the UFC, they would shuffle the rankings from top to bottom.

Shara has to have surgery to remove he's eyeball and wear a prosthetic eyeball like Michael Bisping.
Shara is talented and could be successful if he was allowed to fight in USA, unfortunately he was not allowed to do so because he did not pass the rules of the MMA sports committee in USA, that is why Shara is a specialist fighter in Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Russia and can also fight in Singapore, Australia, China, United Kingdom, (Except USA).

Because he failed the eye test, when his left eye was covered by the USA MMA committee he could not guess the number displayed.
If only Shara had an eye removal operation and replaced it with a prosthetic eye (before debut), he would have passed the MMA sports committee in USA.
Shara should have followed what Bisping did to escape the inspection, but this has all happened. Hopefully the MMA sports committee in USA will give leniency to Shara because he is the brother of Zabit Magomed Sharipov a.k.a Zabeast.
It seems like a petition needs to be filed to demand the USA MMA Sports Committee to allow Shara to fight in Vegas, because Vegas is not as strict with its rules as LA, California.
