How to Create Smart Coupons in WooCommerce

Hello there, do you know if there is a solution for role restricted coupons? Been trying many coupon plugins over the last month, including advanced coupons, but they all seem to have a mutual issue. The role restriction function does not work unless users are actually logged into their accounts. It looks like woo tries to see if the user is logged in first and then validates the user role.

With that logic in a real-life situation, newsletter subscribers cannot use role restricted coupons because most newsletter plugins only ask for emails. Technically there are no passwords set for these accounts, and they cannot log in.
