Searching around for more info on these abnormalities. Lost my baby at 23 weeks, he presented with 3 umbilical cord arteries instead of 2 and I got diagnosed with preeclampsia as well. Do you have more info on this abnormality: umbilical cord with 3 arteries and 1 vein

Umbilical Cord : 3 vessels are seen. RI of Umbilical artery is 0.76.

Impression: RI of Umbilical artery is 0.76.

Is it normal? please suggest us something.
