Direct to film (DTF) Hack With the Inkjet Printer - Sublimation on Cotton #dtf #dtfprinting

Is that just a normal subli paper?

Is the powder used all the time with fabric, cups and tumblers?

What kind of paper is bring used in the printer for these images?

Needs a cure first ,heat up the sheet , hold heat sorce over it till it crystals let cool then print but brush off excess before but fabulous it works with inject printer

Would this work for a foil and using a laser jet printer. Like to get the foild to stick?

They should have rubbed with a cloth after lifting lid , then let cool and peel or roll off easy don’t yank up .

What kind of printer are you using?

When doing the direct to film method, you always have to use powder, no matter what type of film you use.



Step 1.) Print the image.

Step 2.) Apply the DTF powder to the image.

Step 3.) Cute the image. If you don't have a DTF oven, hover your heat press over the film for a certain amount of time, your transfer paper packaging should tell you how long to cure it for.

Step 4.) If it's a hot peel, peel off immediately. If it's a cold peel, wait for the recommended amount of time on the packaging before peeling off the transfer film.

Step 5.) Heat press the garment for about 10-20 seconds to remove any moisture (moisture won't allow the design to stick properly).

Step 6.) Place the film on the garment, place a teflon sheet over top of the transfer film to prevent kink getting onto the heat plate and press for the recommended amount of time and temperature suggested on the packaging.

Pls mention DTF printer name

Buen video, mas yo no recomiendo usar esto, si solo utilizarás un color es mejor el vinil textil y es más económico. Si vas a usar más colores, recomiendo la sublimación, o en si el Dtf como debe de ser. Nunca intenten mezclar 2 tipos de materiales, ya que no es tan duradero. Yo me especializo en los 3 métodos y ya tengo años trabajando y haciendo diseños. Saludos ✌🏻

Good video. Only thing. Is it’s misleading. The ink definitely bubbles on the top. And there are gaps it’s not a solid print. I’m just wondering why you used dimmer lighting to cover it up instead of showing the good and bad

Hiya, I have an Epson printer that I use to make my T-shirts, but in order to use the DTF transfer sheets would I need to have a DTF printer?

Can somebody help me. I was using this film and when i printed on it was kinda yellow and it was sticky after i pressed it. Anyone can tell me where i did wrong? Thank you
