Best way to handle permissions in your Flutter app

How can I fetch all users photos from gallery with flutter and store them in firebase or sql or in a folder in my pc

Wait, they click on "Deny & don't ask again" and you immediately force them to open system settings to give you the permission? That is not a good design. That will make the user think the app can't be trusted. If the user says no, the answer is no. Tell them you can't do whatever they wanted to do because you don't have permission to do it, and move on.
