if your arms are stiff, you guys should look into the secondary line of action, and opposing curve theory, along with twisting overlapps forshortening and directionality
ОтветитьI’ve been drawing all my life and forced myself to stray away from drawing anime because of school lmfao. now I’m suffering as I learn shit I should’ve known ages ago god help me
ОтветитьBro shrink the melons in the thumbnail
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI’m so bad with posing 😭 I’ve been drawing for too long to be dealing with this
ОтветитьI have been seeing this video pop up over and over and over. I finally watched it and I am glad I did, simple yet very effective technique that I will most definitely adopt!
Ответитьmy poses improved so much just from this one video omg 😭
ОтветитьMy man did a quick sketch and turned out an art for the gallery
ОтветитьThis video is 2 years old but still spits facts more than most proportion videos I’ve watched . Thanks a lot man ❤️
ОтветитьOooooo I know what u did with the thumbnail. Now u got the thirsty artists here cuz of the thick anime gal on the thumbnail lol
Ответитьbe honest you came here because of the thumbnail

ОтветитьVery eye opening tutorial!! Just finished a drawing and it came out really stiff. So now I’m here and learning how to not do that again 😅
ОтветитьThanky my drawings look better
Ответитьthx
ОтветитьI don’t understand
ОтветитьAny time I listen to bros videos while drawing I think he possesses me i get so much better not sponsored
ОтветитьI simultaneously use both my hands to draw and mouse. I am a berserker class artist. And you dummies probably laughed at us left handed people. I can draw twice as fast now. five times as fast!!! With the power of years of MMO gaming! you fools. FENG ZHU you IDIOT!! It was not a waste of time. Im rockin a 16 button corsair gaming mouse and i know these things like they were a third arm. You guys are stupid if you dont buy one of these for art! absolute monstrous potential.
ОтветитьThe whole skipping the sketching stuff and going straight to the outline is really what messed me up for years. I had so much pride back then because I'm "self taught" that I didn't see it necessary. You see a lot of pros going straight to drawing the outline, so I thought I could get away with it and it delayed my progress. I stopped drawing consistently for 2 years, and even though I know most of these things they're really going to help me get back into the swing of things.
ОтветитьUnhumanly

ОтветитьSorry, if the question comes over weirdly, but which resolution / size do you recommend when drawing a character? Considering it also determines file size and details? I thought of 2000x2000 px
How much do you zoom in, I got kinda an XP Artist Pen 12, so the screen is a bit smaller. Hence why I would need to zoom in more maybe in my case.
This helped me so much
ОтветитьGood video but I'm not gonna lie it was hard to sit threw. don't get me wrong the content is good but its boring to watch it needs some oomph
ОтветитьWhat a great example!
Simple, yet I can understand it very well!
I can refer this as a "starter" before i can continue to learn even more complex poses because at least i know where to start.
This is more helpful than the entire first year of my degree :/

ОтветитьI'm so scared of drawing because i always get so stuck but watching these videos make it seem a lot more simple and easy to understand. I'm glad I subscribed thankyou.
ОтветитьHis voice put me to sleep...
But in a good way.
This sounds so stupid but design a semi human character that lives underwater. Since the gravity is different underwater, you can break rules more realistically. Then, bring the character out of water, in a relaxed position. This should help to make things less stiff and very natural.
