ОтветитьHi there!! Just a big fan and also a student here. Your videos really help me a lot throughout my years of study and these workflow videos are superb and extremely helpful to me, personally. Hope you keep growing and congrats on 400k :)))
ОтветитьWorthless model , in every decent office it would thrown out of the window…. Full of basic model mistakes and clashes
Ответитьyo man, love the tuts, could you make a vid about working with point clouds in revit, thanks m8
ОтветитьIs there going to be a part two or a follow-up on this one? Because this << tutorial >> feels a bit lackluster.
I understand this is more about the "workflow" but you can add so much more and I believe you can easily link this project with some of the courses you already made. Using this project as some kind preview to your courses.
Looking back at the sketches there a tons of interesting objects/families/details that are currently missing.
For example: the little pool, the sliding blinds/panels at the curtain wall, windows inside the curtain wall (would be nice if the owners could open one or two don't you think), the corner mullion, the green roof, etc.
Not only families are missing but what about the insulation, drainage ( I don't see any pipes drawn on the facades does this mean that those are built-in the walls or inside the chimney?), doors ( how do they access the terrace, how do they get in the house you forgot the main door😂), a few schedules would have been nice, etc.
You said it yourself: "Revise and edit. You throw some elements on the screen and then you revise them. You add complexity and detail. That is basically the approach".
I'm not convinced that this is currently the case. But I would love to see it, you don't need to explain or make video/tutorial about each family you will be using you have your courses for that but I want to see that complexity and detail you're speaking of. I want to learn, think, compare it , ...
I haven’t practiced on revit in about a year you just inspired me to get back on !! Thank you
ОтветитьHi, teacher.
I am a graduate from China in civil engineering , I am quite interested in the future of bim, but currently bim is not popular in Chinese design companies, could you share the current status of bim in your country or other places like US, the UK. Just feel puzzled about whether bim is a good choice for career path.
Wow, thank you for this!
