It's pretty useful, mostly for games imo. You need higher res textures most of the time with animation, even 4k is often low quality. Besides, there are a bunch of pre made procedural materials and nodes you can get as add ons. Certainly will be good for game production

Do you have any idea if this works now for 16xx video cards? Last time I installed this add-on it didn't work, and I asked the creator on his forum and he said that it is because of my video card, and told me about some math issues, I didn't understand quite well 🤣

Can you be as specific to prompt glass and the nodes generated will be transparent? Glowing fire, Reflective metal, etc?

You silly people out there panicking. I'm old enough to remember when traditional artists had the same outrage against digital art itself. All the same arguments, overblown doomsdays scenarios, and fallacious claims founded upon uncertainty and fears.

No matter what a tool does, or how well it can perform, you always need a human being to guide it, to provide input, and to give it purpose. Nothing in human creation creates itself without human touch.

By the way, as soon as AI UV mapping and unwrapping arrives, I'll throw a party. I will never miss that most mundane, tedious, and dreaded aspect of 3D modeling. Some parts of digital art, smarter forms of automation can just have. Good riddance to the tedious routine stuff.

I waited for 10 minutes. Nothing is working.

I also have CUDA selected in Blender System preferences
I have selected the object
I have selected the material as well and even tried with no material

Hi! I followed this instalation tutorial and, even though it was slightly different for me, I managed to get to the part where I had to install the dependencies for DeepBump. However, I get this error when I click the "Install dependencies" button:

Command '['C:\\Program Files\\Blender Foundation\\Blender 3.4\\3.4\\python\\bin\\python.exe', '-m', 'pip', 'install', 'onnxruntime']' returned non-zero exit status 1.

What does this mean? Does anyone know how to fix it? I'm on Windows 10
