RTX 4080 16GB Test in 20 Games 4K - 1440P - 1080P

would you guys recommend a 2K 240hz Monitor or a 4K 144hz ? I have an Rtx 4080 & I9 13900KF

my son has almost same specs and using 1440p but on COD MW2 he only has 120-150fps, ryzen 7 5800x 32gb 3600mhz rams and asus tuf 4080. rog strix b550 mobo

i have a 13600k + 4080 + DDR4 @ 3600 mhz, & my gpu usage on task manager shows only 5% on warzone, is there anyway to fix it? i get great fps in multiplayer but in warzone I feel like it’s slacking, I play at 1080p 240hz high settings, also running the latest driver
