How to Take Photos like a Professional | Efficient shooting for better, faster, sharper photographs

"How to take photos" might be a bit of a backwards step for a lot of our followers but this is SUPER important to take better photos, sharp photos, faster! Recently I was teaching a one to one in person and there were intermittent focus issues pinpointed back to being caused by "focus and recompose" with a slightly moving subject (dog photography at that point!), so I know that this is hopefully going to help a few people!

I've watched hundreds of people shoot photos and edit them over the years and I'm pretty sure that every photographer uses one of three methods to take photos, the third method is arguably the most efficient way to take photographs if you are using a DSLR or mirrorless camera (except Canon with eye AF - you don't have a focus point to move, but you can still follow the rest of the steps). Which method do you use?
