Unlocking Companions and Legendary Weapons | Hades Guides Tips and Tricks

I will start a run to die on purpose in the 1st room to start new interactions with NPCs so I can finish quests quicker

I will say im like 35 ish runs in and the fact that there are still all new interactions and conversations ive not heard adds so much to the game and Really helps give it the well deserved success that its seen,

One thing that i found out and was really impressed by is the fact that they have had success with every game theyve made and theyre always polished and great but unlike "AAA" studios , they dont crunch their employees almost to death with over time and their team is like less than 10 people (id have to double check that number, but its no rockstar studios) yet theyre still making amazing games, no corners cut, unlike so many modern titles that claim to be AAA and charge a AAA price for hot garbage cause the money takes massive priority over the game itself , they could learn a thing or two from supergiant games, but i know they wont.

Maybe i missed it, but im somewhat new to the game, what are the companions for ? Are they weapon unlocks ?

Nectars or ambrosia? And what about bouldy?

They must’ve have updated the game because I’m playing now and you have to give most of the characters like 12 nectars!

I still don’t have a single companion or even seen Thanatos. Got over 50 runs. 2 wins, 1 heat win. Getting frustrated with RNG, and how long the dialogue trees are. Dialogue lines.

What counts as a not zag weapon? Like jusy not his sword?

How was dusa's companion the 1st I unlocked? Maybe its the crush she has on Zag that twisted me.

I made it past Cerberus once on my 16th run. Reached the final area to get to Hades. But i ran into Poison mobs was 34/150 hp and wiped. Never got back there again.

You have to be very patient in this game LOL no you mean you have to grind and grind and grind in this game. In my opinion it is way too grindy. Other than that very fun game. I just don't like it enough to dump hundreds of hours into it

I just started playing this game probably 7-9 days ago. And I finally beat it this morning. 20 escape attempts exactly and I beat it with the bow(emphasis on crit damage and dodge).

Now, I’m searching to get all the resources so I can get all the renovations and try to 100% the game

How many time does meg need to be defeated?

Man this game is a grind

I already gave dusa the 6 nectar and did the renovations but nothing ever happened after that... I'm thinking it's bugged because I got the other companions but not hers :/

I just completed the main quest yesterday after 50 runs (the credits were so good !) so im now trying to get the companions and the hidden aspects im missing and your guide helped me a lot!

I was able to unlock the Hera aspect on the bow without revealing the aspect of Guan Yu n I haven’t finished the game. What am I missing?

I only have the Achilles Quest left...it really gets a bit annoying 😕

Oh I thought I had to buy all of the most expensive lounge quests for the scroll . I didn’t know it was for the legendary weapons. I was just thinking, this is gonna be a while but not quite as long as I thought.

So I used up most of my nectar to Charon because my brain thought. Oh if he likes me more then maybe I can get stuff for cheeper. Nope you gotta beat in a battle to the death. I should have been using the nectar better. F

To get the hidden aspects do i just need to spend blood to unlock the other aspects or do i need to upgrade the aspects. Please clarify

Everything was perfect I would just like the names of the quest but it’s no big deal because as I understand it’s just a grind of talking to everybody lol.

I've been playing casually since it released on xbox, fully expecting the game to more or less dry up once I had cleared Hades a few times but damn, with these heats and everything it's like I'm only just getting started.

I love it. The way they figured out how to make a roguelike where you repeat the same runs over and over (but obviously with infinite number of different builds to work with) make sense in the narrative and even provide compelling storytelling even after 30, 40, 50+ runs is just genius.

I really love this game.

Nyx is obviously my favorite character ever so I wanted to give her ambrosia first but I seem to have hit a wall. No more dialogue from her, can't give her anymore nectar or ambrosia, not really sure what her quest for me is supposed to be. Something about a chaos gate?
