Can you give us an idea of the schedule you are referring to?

I have 8 week twins and a 2 year old running around. I cant even put into words how tired and frustrated we are. Thank you for putting this out there.

Having twins even with it being my 4th and 5th it's always like being a first time mom because you learn differently when it's not 1 child. This is not for the weak. I have twin girl and boy

I have 11 yr old twin daughters. My number how to keep your sanity, spend some alone time to calm your mind. Weather it's taking a walk/run or a bath. You need to always put some time aside for yourself. Without the other parent.

How do you ladies have kids already? Put your babies on a schedule so they can get the sleep..

I think you had some fabulous points here. I would caviot that FB mom groups can be cruel, so please don't take things personal (way easier said than done). I watched someone asking about feed schedule rather than feed on demand/cluster feed get torn to shreds pretty much getting told she was awful for "putting the babies on a diet", "putting them in danger", etc. I love love love that you did the schedule and you are proof it totally works! You are awesome!

Oh and my entertainment (2 month old twins) has been Hallmark videos.... :) We are doing "The Newborn Sleep Book". Just waiting for the bought of flu to go away and us to comfortably be back on comfortably eating every 4 hours before testing to see if their bodies are producing melatonin yet (usually happens around 8 weeks but unfortunately we have preemies so things have been about 2 to 4 weeks behind). Say a prayer for us please

As a future new dad to twins I watched this for help with my wife and thank you so much for the tip of podcasts. I have learned an insane amount of stuff on twins from that while I'm at work. Stuff that even my wife didn't think of or didn't know, because I mean who really ever expects twins at first? 😆

I guess in India this is a big relief that parents live either with us or nearby if they are retired. I am relying on my mom who lives next door and my MIL who is coming for 3 months. Also, house help, part time nanny etc are really cheap and normal to have in cities. Groceries and food can be delivered in as less as 15 minutes online. There is a grocery store every 10 steps so easy to pick emergency stuff anyways 😁😁

First time father here (late 30’s too) and trying to find helpful stuff for my wife and I.
I’ll say this…absolutely NO one can relate to the insanity of twins.
Any advice people offer (that never had twins)…throw it out the window. Because almost none of it applies.

P.S. Husbands magically work long hours during this time for a reason :D

Im guessing as a guy, i wouldn't be able to get into a twin mom group. The stay home dad group is helping and found some twin dad groups but im sure i would get more insight from mom groups
