Sat Kartar

Sat Kartar is the sound that Guru Nanak said whenever something happened, both good or bad. His answer was ‘Sat Kartar’, what means ‘the divine is the one manifesting this action’.
Sat means the true identity, Kartar means the doer, the carrier of the truth.
By chanting this mantra, we open the energetic channels in and around the heart, creating expansion.
Also we create trust in the life force working for us.

Bring your hands before the heart on sat, on shoulder level on Kar and spread the arms widely on Tar.
