Can the DSLR attachment be moved so the camera is facing down? I stream traditional art so I need the camera facing my desk.
ОтветитьGot mine set up today, and it's great! eliminated a camera tripod, light stand, and monitor stand. Thanks!
ОтветитьHi Caleb. Down the track, how is this thing for durability — particularly when compared with your monitor arm-based setup?
ОтветитьIs this better than the Ulanzi?
ОтветитьAre products like this sufficiently stable to hold a lightweight teleprompter (Caddie Buddy)with mirrorless camera (Fuji)? Well within the weight, but wobble-free is another matter. I wouldn’t be mousing on the desk while recording, but would need to use the keyboard to advance slides.
ОтветитьIs it all metal or plastic?!
Ответитьhow did you attach the Falcon Eyes RX 12-T to this set up?
Ответитьi just bought this and tested today but even with the better Neewer light set too low still cant get a good shot just like yours, any idea? I use my A7R3 24mm, do i need to have a special setting on the camera?
ОтветитьThe recommended mic (Movo) has 2 short chords. One for your mobile device/laptop and the other for the camera (slightly longer, but short). If you buy the desk mount, the 'mic' arm does not reasonably reach so that you can broadcast or record properly. I thought about changing the camera and laptop arms out, but the chord's still tight. He may have mentioned the need to buy a longer chord and I missed it. But FYI.
Ответитьthis is absolut amazing
Ответитьis this better than the $100 Ulanzi one which is less stable?
ОтветитьThe link for the stand goes to one with a wheeled base on the floor instead of one mounted to the desk.
ОтветитьHi, is it possible to incline the Camera? To record what you are doing on the desk
ОтветитьThank you so much. Excellent video. Could I use this to mount a Glide Gear TMP100 with a Nikon D3500, or would that be too heavy? Is there a lot of wobble to this setup?
ОтветитьSUBSCRIBED! ❤ THE CHANNEL! REALLY WELL DONE ON MANY LEVELS, THANK YOU SIR!😊
ОтветитьDamn, that shotgun mic sounds nice
ОтветитьAlso, I couldn't find a link for the female-to-female extension you mentioned. I looked on Amazon and BHPhoto and couldn't find one. Do you have a link? Thanks!
ОтветитьHow do you reduce or eliminate the glare on your glasses? Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks for sharing. Could you advice me a camera/web camera that I can use for streaming video? I would want to point it to one of my laptops and share that view with a video call on another laptop with my instructor. The webcam I use does not cover well wide enough to capture the whole screen. Also, the camera view gets blur as it adjusts to get a cleaner picture.
ОтветитьHow is the wobble when it mounted on the desk?
Ответитьsponsored video?
ОтветитьIs this model better then the ulanzi ? The ulanzi seemed a little shaky.
ОтветитьHow is the top down feature with the camera? I didn't see you test that feature. Seems like the camera would be too heavy.
ОтветитьThat was well made
ОтветитьI am so happy to have found your channel. You explain things so thoroughly yet concisely. You show options that are suitable for folks like me who aren't gonna be throwing mad cash down for full studio setups. Thank you so much!
Ответить@DSLR Video Shooter @Caleb your videos are just AMAZING, I was blown away by your ingenious use of the Rode Go Mic II video, this one just takes it up another notch as well with the additional accessories you added. Thanks so much for producing these videos!
Ответитьthis is a great setup, but I can see problem with shaking video - if you are one of those enthusiastic speaker who constantly moving arms and and slap the desk when you get excited
ОтветитьIs there a kit like that to mount on a tripod, so I can be mobile?
ОтветитьHi Caleb, thanks for the vid! Question: I would like flexibility to move ma camera both up&down and left&right. I see how this stand has the horizontal movement in it, but not sure if it can coop with the vertical? Can I tilt the camera on the given stand? If not, is there an alternative solution you recommend?
ОтветитьSorry if I missed it, but do you have more specifics on the female to female light stand adaptor? Make / Model info? Thanks in advance from a newbie! Can't wait to replicate this rig!
Just a heads up guys, the company updated the product after seeing this video and the new version is about ~$20 more expensive but also swaps out the ring light to a more conventional, round diffused light that I found works pretty well.
ОтветитьI purchased this stand and I’m super happy with it. I really appreciate your reviews.
ОтветитьGreat video. I'm very interested in this kind of setup. Prices seem te have doubled though. Any tips on how to assemble something yourself?
ОтветитьCould you do over head filming with this setup?
Ответить363€ !?! They have to be kidding, 2x the price in Europe😢
ОтветитьI just received the Viozon rig. Looking forward to saving space & recording quicker videos. Thanks for the review & tips😊
ОтветитьMine came with a different ring light. It’s a circular panel instead of this style ring. Basically it’s the hole to the doughnut.
ОтветитьGreetings, I loved the video. Inexpensive setup. I appreciate the for tips & tricks.
ОтветитьNewbie question here: What gets plugged into your computer? Thank you so much for the thorough explanation!
ОтветитьHi Caleb, Thank you so much for this video. I am new to this so I need all of the specifics to set this up. Can you please put the link to the female to female light adapter? I am looking some things on amazon but don t know if those are it and will this set up work with the rolling stand? I have that on. Voizon 5-1 rolling stand
ОтветитьHi Caleb! I noticed that this has a support for laptop and also for monitor but can I have them both mounted at the same time?
ОтветитьCaleb I hope all these companies are paying you for hijacking your idea!!! Cause I find it funny all of these came out AFTER your original all in one video!!!
ОтветитьThe foam board is a nice touch. I have three Godox 60 W S. I was thinking of hanging a sheet to shoot two through and one on the acoustic tiles on the ceiling and I have two long tubes above me. Does that make sense?
ОтветитьJust got this setup for my desk. It is great!!!
ОтветитьHello DSLR Video Shooter and Subscribers audience! I wondered if anyone here can clarify if anything else is needed alongside the Rode VideoMicro in order to achieve the sound quality being acheived here? Is it solely plugged into the Sony A6400 and that is it, or are there any step down converters, pre-amps anywhere? I have a Nikon DSLR with Live View and a capture card, can anyone recommend to me to power the VideoMicro properly another way?
ОтветитьWe purchased this - but when we lower the microphone arm and tighten it - it continues to pop back up to the original length - any suggestions?
ОтветитьLovely 🎉 bro ♥️
Ответитьgood job
