ОтветитьI have been super stressed out over the past 24 hours and I have noticed that it has really affected my breathing, making it fast and shallow. This yoga class was exactly what I needed to help me relax for a good night's rest, especially after a day going without my daily yoga practice. The extended exhale breathing practice at the end was difficult for me for the first 2-3 rounds but after that, I noticed how my breath naturally started to deepen and I began to return to my usual state of calm. Thank you!
