ОтветитьIt's the network administrator. When I'm connected w internet I'm restricted and can't comment on videos; I turn wifi off, connect through mobile data, hit refresh and instantly I see the comments and I'm able to leave a comment. This means Xfinity is censoring free speech by turning off my ability to leave a comment. Looks like a lawsuit to me

ОтветитьTHE REAL REASON IS BCUZ YOU Are connected to a WI-FI NETWORK ITS EITHER PUBLIC Wi-Fi OR you HAD THIS SETTINGS on your phone but you can CHANGE IT thru Settings then click general and find the restricted mode.
