Sounds like a "second device" to my taste. Modular, customizable and repairable.

The modular thing is cool. It seems a little prototype ~ish. Like it’s not the final version or something. Anyway, nice review. Love Asmodus stuff. Good to see them back!

A device is only as good as the coil it uses. I feel they thought out the device and the coil was whatever

Real nice looking pod. I love a simple display and an easily replacable battery. However, without an rba and/or some coil cross compatibility, this doesn't do much for me. Is there a guarantee these coils won't disappear in 6-12 months? I wish they'd release an actual mod again. (As I'm in the market for one, and there essentially aren't any.)

Thank you for mentioning that salt can be used for DTL. I mix freebase/salt these days, but for years, I only exclusively vaped 3-6mg salt for DTL. It's even what Vapor in a Bottle (RIP) used in their liquids. It's smoother with very little throat hit, if any at all. Otherwise, in essence it's no different than freebase.

Now if only this offers RBA coil to pair it with the freebase drip tip they’re selling wee dream combo

I hope they put that modular design in a reg mod and a boro, lipo, 21700, 18650 models, I can dream. I hope they improve the pods and keep them compatible with all their pod devi.ces. Like the xros. I have the little 18650 minikin beautiful green, I put cartridges on it.

I ALWAYS keep pod systems around. They are fantastic for work, being out doors, car trips etc. I especially like pod systems that you can buy an rba for. I love the look and old school Asmodus design and look of this. I will be buying one just for fun❤️ Thanks for sharing Nick, oh by the way yes we remember your pod systems hell I still have one in rotation lol. It's a great work mod.

If you wanna make this pod kit a 10 nana review for me, change the pod plastic for something a litttttle bit clearer so I can see my juice levels in the nicely shaped recess you kindly made in the frame and sort out the two adjustable wattage buttons, so I can lock them, but keep the fire button alive!
Do that and I'll love you even more than I already do! GOOD to have you back in the vaping world where you belong, we missed the hell out of you!!

I just got my retail sample of the minikin and it SLAPS.

The nebula finish I got is super cool looking, it comes packaged with a single pod but both coil types and both drip tips. Vape experience so far has been (to quote the guy himself) absolutely stellar and battery life seems to be decent. I love it 🤘🏻
