When you can't play for awhile and go back a few stages

Been stage 6 for 3 years 😅 to the point any time I make a loadout it starts right off with the fashion and then the weapons and then the mods

As a now hunter main, I played Titan religiously for years and then I tried stompee5, og baby I will never go back to copium on dunemarchers lol

Haven't played the game yet have it downloading now I know I'm playing a Hunter because I play thief/assassin in pretty much every game I play with those options I must see if I go through these stages I know I did on thief in gw2

Being a hunter would be more fun if it was more rare to get a full team of hunters in crucible seriously every crucible match I play there's only 2 non hunters on my team

Me, a hunter main, playing Iron Banner control exclusively as a Titan. And I'm finally at the stage where I let my precious Ass Cow and Om-nom-nicocous have a rest so I can play with the silly green strings

why was this so accurate even a year later i started playing 2 months ago and u literally just explained everything ._.

I feel personally and professionally attacked.

I'd say i'm a stage 7 that acts like a stage 10 because I suck at crucible but like raids and stuff

to be fair bungie does hate hunters they make exotics that are op so every other class hates the hunter and then bungie nerfs the exotic and it becomes useless again

I struggled through the witch queen campaign as my hunter (legend that is) and I’m still not that educated in how to fully mod out load outs etc. despite playing since shadowkeep for a survivable build though I’m slowly learning so my dad suggested i move to titan to use so i can actually complete endgame content though i use the titan like a hunter still XD everyone i meet who plays D2 also agrees I’m like an irl hunter myself and its normally their first guess to what class i play, I’m hoping i become skilled enough ready for the final shape release so i can make cayde proud, i miss our beloved hunter vanguard and can’t wait for his return, and when he does ill be kitted out in my finest hunter drip with either my sun shot or ace of spades at the ready :3

I started playing last month, & I already know that being a hunter is my calling. It just feels right. I loved being a gunslinger, but I wanted to try the other subclasses. I found out that void was the bane of my existence & I simply couldn't get the hang of it unless it was channeled through a void weapon. But I also discovered that being an arcstrifer made my character feel complete. I'm still able to play a gunslinger if I have to, but the more I work on my arc build, the more I fall in love. (Sorry Cayde)

As a relatively new player, I tend to focus on builds tailored to a certain subclass and/or exotic weapon and build the fashion off of that (i.e. Solar Hunter class with Mote Carlo and Shards of Galanor, with Iron Companion armor to emphasize the predominant use of bladed weapons and abilities). The mix of the fashion stage and the mid-level experimentation phase is enough to keep me engaged and entertained. Just when I feel like I'm loosing hard to the meta in PvE or PvP, there are enough moments where I impress my skill and luck by pulling off resilient and acrobatic plays regardless of what I have; To me that feels far more rewarding than resorting to the try-hard meta, even if I literally have to "try hard" to win matches for rewards like a guided title.

Stage 10: Switch to Warlock Main and delete everything about your Hunter

Just got back to being a hunter, but I was d1 hunter forever

as a hunter main its melees especially for arc

Oh my god, the moment the '' change character '' to learn other classes it's such a true moment- We learn the way of other classes, to become a better hunter ourselves by knowing the flaws from other classes aswell as our own and com bining the gained knowledge to counter guardians of different classes by sheer points of trial and error.

One thing I'd like to add is the mistake that every hunter main probably always kept trying to apply the same strategies they used to do in their hunter class, like spamming some knife throws with perfect throws- but Titans have short ranged melee with few cool medium-range melee options.. The warlock has a complicated set of melee abilities but its cooldown is too big =3=

also very true- female hunter body has a smaller hitbox, epically a smart decision for use in PVP due to how harder it is to be hit on the head if you have a small head.

After over 2k hours on hunter in both games. Yeah.

i've been in the fashion stage for so long and i think at this point i might not be getting out

Blaming hunters for gun meta is just retarded at this point in the life of destiny.

been a warlock for a long time recently picked up hunter. Even tho my warlock is better built i'm having an absolute ball playing as a hunter, i get to go zoom and still play support via the void!

hunter for me is. the noob team reviver. only go void and revive teammate never go other subclass

So im only at stage 6 huh

Im in the "i just wanna be a space cowboy" stage. Ive never had understood the hate hunters get. Some of us dont care about builds, stats, black and white shaders, or being the best. Some of us (like me) just want to be a hunter because we wanna be a gunslingn space cowboy. Thats what drew me to the class in the first place. Heck i dont even like pvp that much, so when people say stuff like this, it kinda gets annoying after awhile.

Stage 11, swaps to warlock and never looks back

As a warlock main I love stage 8 toixc hunters I love sniping them shotgunning them and adding tallies to my guns as I humble them over and over you can jump bad news I can aim ;)

Hey shadow i hardly uses any exotics on in weapon exotics i use but hardly used stuff like armour i only use armour for when i really need to but hey hunters rock so do warlocks and titans

Yea I made it to stage 4 got shot in by warlocks and said yeaaa fuck this and went to space magic

I physically cannot play another class than hunter
