No. For the miui 10 version, your battery is below 10 percent. So, miui stops half the number of cpu cores in this case. For octa core cpu, it is now quad core. You can check that using simple system monitor. Please redo the video with fully charged.

the MiUi 10 is not show. They lower the acceleration time so it looks more smooth.

And I am the member of global beta team as u said that miui 9 is fast thats just fucking thing b'cuz miui 10 is fast than any other versions of miui And one more thing. You have a low battery on which miui 10 is running so the apps will open slowly in low battery And as u say that miui 9 is fast so i will check the list and suspend ur miui 10 update.

Your Speed Test is a FAILURE.
1. Your Apps in both phones are not the same at all (different Subway Surfers meh)
2. You are testing in Low Battery. Speedtest should be done in full battery.
3. You are Comparing a BETA Build over the STABLE Build of MIUI. So Everything in the BETA Build is unstable, and dont expect that the performance is equal to the Stable ones.
4. Testing over a split video? You can actually compare them at the same time but you decided to use two different videos which is bullshit. You can control who is faster in video editor.

You have to make sure that the battery level is identical on both devices. It looks like the phone with MIUI 10 on board had very low battery level. It could be a reason for minor speed slow down.
