Still much better than my welding! Would be interesting to see how much better a flux gas welder would do!
ОтветитьI think one would need a vacuum chamber to 3d print metal.
ОтветитьShoot it with compressed air while printing
Ответить3d printer sensei
ОтветитьSonoluminescence
ОтветитьMake a water engine of pvc tubing 🎉
ОтветитьDude if you had more money and time you could very easily do this.
ОтветитьThe flux core will leave too much slag. You need a Mig welder that has shielding gas.
ОтветитьI think I'm suspecting that you are also a 9gagger. Hello there
ОтветитьThat's what I'm talking about love it. Now I have to get some stepper motors, rails, gears and all the parts of a 3D printer to make my own 3D metal printer.
Is I was to win the printer you give away that would be for R/C making
you should try gas welding, the flux core is not very good for this application.
Ответитьjust straight down the welder bet ur machine will get much better results
ОтветитьUse a bottom-plate, like used on a plasma-cutter. . ( maybe ? 🤔 )
ОтветитьFor a better weld use a welding device with gas!! Because when you use this you have a lot of dirt in the weld… if you want to put another layer on it’s a problem without gas… YOU NEED GAS PROTECTION!!! But nice video !!!
ОтветитьBro! Listen! Use electroplating for the nozzle, use stainless steel for a fireproof exterior!
Ответитьyou should pay some company to machine graphite or tungsten for you. will probably still be very expensive but virtually unmeltable and unbreakable
ОтветитьAnother idea would be to have a welder do dot welds for around a second at a time. Basically pixel by pixel.
ОтветитьSeems like this could best be done with an industrial robot since it has more axis of movement.
Ответитьlost wax cast hybrid turbo and ramjet engine running one homemade plastic oil mixed with homemade ethanol (:
ОтветитьIt looks like an automated sewing machine but for welding
ОтветитьSmear that keeps on your ass we are sick and tired of having advertisement stuffed down our throat without having anything to say
ОтветитьBut you've got a CNC machine, right? 😉
ОтветитьWould it work underwater?
ОтветитьWait don't the g2 and g3 commands support curves?
ОтветитьIt's very costly we can use metal powder instead of using wire welding wire
ОтветитьLooks like you had no shielding gas? Normally for steel welding you can use Co2 Argon mix if your welder has that capability. You had a gas nozzle on the gun most of the time, but no gas, and having that gas makes a HUGE difference in the quality of the finished product. The gas sheilds the weld and keeps it from looking burnt. Hope this helps! Keep trying!
ОтветитьI’d use gas if I were you also you probably would want to increase feeding and decrease the speed of the printer
ОтветитьAre you related to FPS Russia?
ОтветитьI really love the way you reverse engineer to 3-D printer.... one thing you might consider there are 3D metal printers that use powdered metal and resin and shape the object, cold, and then melted in the kiln afterwards.... I don't know if you want to continue to pursue this, but I think if you tried that method, you would eliminate a lot of the issues you're coming up with and come up with a successful prototype
Ответитьget a spark welder on this this will make this fine smooth and finished and good product so it will not be as digusting as tomatos
ОтветитьVideo idea: make a 3d printer that prints semi-solid foods (like cheese).
ОтветитьGot here following some of AvE's work/videos/comments. Glad I did. I subscribed. You make some fascinating videos.
Keep making them and i'll keep watching em. Thanks for sharing them.
The angle depends on your direction of travel, you'd need a 5 axis machine to make use of that. Straight up and down with MIG (argon instead of messy flux) would be better.
ОтветитьModify the printer to use a smaller print bed
Ответить"not made of Gold" so where is the gold Portugal took from Brazil, GIVE OUR GOLD BACK
ОтветитьGasless MIG is so spattery.
Ответить3d pring a knife to kill a tomato
Ответитьdumb approach
ОтветитьThis is Awesome dude!
ОтветитьDude try out POP.(PASTER OF PARIS!
ОтветитьHave you thought of casting aluminum parts out of your 3-D molds and making a larger scale 3D printer for your mig welder gun and I would like to send you some metal to experiment with
ОтветитьTomatos are disgusting 🤮
Ответитьcan you make a long range torpedo, with a small explosive load from mixing some stuff like you did in some of your vids?
ОтветитьYou should try a shielded process if you're able
ОтветитьYou fiend! You dickbutted and didn't give us up in the same video! Well, .... THE GAME!
Ответитьwater cooling plate under the sheet
