ОтветитьIt's really nice, but it's very difficult to do it all from the first time. Is it normal that I didn't manage to do anything the first time? And is it useful to take a break after half the time?
ОтветитьGreat workout steps with consistency.. for beginners its worth to start.. if you don't mind, can you please add couple of second pause after each rep, otherwise i need to pause or rewind beacuse it took time to switch to next exercise. Thanks.
