How To SUPER GLIDE Consistently (With Key Inputs) | Apex Legends Movement guide (2023)

Thanks for the video it helped me alot! Im posting to give a tip for ppl who perhaps are struggling with the C + Spacebar method as I was, I started trying with CTRL and realized you dont need to have shift held when you hit jump + CTRL. Just make sure to hold it (shift) while climbing and right up until the point you hit spacebar and CTRL (or C) just like in his video. Ive started hitting it a decent amount this way. when i do it i jump and slide and slide pretty far but it doesnt seem fast.. I dont know if im going to early or to late

double binding does work, it just depends on the keyboard. Some keyboards read inputs slowly and in horizontal order, some do the opposite. Pls don't make narrow minded assumptions because something didn't work you.

normally when I hit jump a split moment before holding crouch it hits more consitent for me

Really good tip for anyone:

I kept struggling so second bound my "hold crouch" key and "jump" key to my mouse 4 and 5 buttons (the buttons by my thumbs). I found that it was the perfect angle that my thumb would hit them milliseconds apart from each other to get the superglide every time.

OMG i went from 1/20 succesfull tries, to 8/10 succesfull tries! TY SO MUCH. Did the thumb on both space and c at the same time. Works like a charm!

I was really struggling with having crouch as Lctrl but putting C as crouch made superglides really easy.

It is also possible with a macro from your mouse (if it allows you to)
example: space 5ms - X/C
in my case I use a Logitech mouse

i just switched to a higround keyboard and i literally cannot superglide anymore lol.

Does it affect the super glide if "autorun" is always on?

Before this video I was struggling wondering if my pepega brain could even do it. After watching and practicing for like 3 mins I started to already hit them haha. Record so far is 5 in a row. The thumb on c and space trick worked wonders. before I was trying to use my index on c and thumb on space but it felt terrible and just was bad.

That was actually a great tip with resting thumb on left side of spacebar. In my 2 years of playing apex I have hit a total of 4 super glides.
5 minutes after watching this video that number has doubled!

Does it work with ctrl and mouse wheel (binded to jump)?

Is there a way where if I can make it to where it takes more imputes on my scroll wheel because my mouse is old and I cant put in only two scrolls accurately every time?

Waaaaiiiiiit does it make a difference if I have auto sprint on? I would say I mastered all movement but super glide and I figured it’s not a problem with timing or anything else but never thought about auto sprint being a problem. Pls answer and a good tutorial 🫶

is it banable?, i saw a video posted 2 weeks ago saying "cfg movement is not allowed now" after searching "do you get banned for cfg"

The best way is swap the keys, make spacebar your crouch key and make c or b or v for jump, trust me

it’s weird cuz when i do it i get a speed boost but not the one ur meant to like mines slower and it has the jump animation

beo i lose my jump when i do superglide once (btw i use spacebar as my "main " jump botton )

im hitting it for a whole day and then i just lose it for weeks, i dont know what's the issue really

jump on scroll wheel down, move forward on scroll wheel forward. this is the way.

BROOOOOO!!! Thanks for this guide, i tried using the crouch and mousewheel for jump but couldn't do it once after a few days but saw the c+space bar with thumb, worked instantly and now just have to get used to it.

Just realised i've been doing the glide part for ages in the form of a slide after climbing so it's literally as easy as jumping at the same time you would press side. wtf this is wild xD

i couldnt get a macro to work double binding on space bar either.. i tried 1 frame, 2 frames and 3 frames difference.
