How to Install Oracle 19c Database - Windows 10/11 | Connect from Sql Developer / Command window

hi, in the command prompt, while connecting to sqlplus-after entering the password it showing "
ORA-12543: TNS:destination host unreachable", help me out!!

After entering username in command prompt it is promoting a message like enter password:
Like this.While i am trying to enter password it is not allowing me to enter.Plesae help me with this issue



And it is throwing error like : could not resolve the connect identifier specified

^c is not working showing as unknown command

how to know username

It ask me (please specify the path to the Java JDk home)

Setup application is not opening what can I do wil u pls give me suggestions
