Breadboard Power Supply module - How to use it?

How much watt power the module can handle?

So basically with the power module you can power your circuit with either 5 volts or 3.3 volts or three volts and that's it. Am I right 👍 are there more purposes of the breadboard module?

is this db102 ? coz some say the usb is for input some say it's for output and also instead of using 9v battery can i use a 9v wall adapter ?

can you power a power supply module with a usb cord plugged into an outlet?
