Jordan, I just saw you in Chicago and absolutely love your podcast and the knowledge you have brought, and continue to bring, to the world in so many other forms. One question, would it be possible to have the video from your podcast also available on Spotify? I tend to listen to most of my podcasts on Spotify and would love it if the video was also available in that platform. Thank you and keep up the amazing work 😄

You cant make a change like that and not expect some respons. But nope they believe that .. they believe there couldn't possibly negative consequences from legalization of weed. I'm all for it just saying it has consequences that's all. And we dont know what there gonna be

When you talk about technologies exceeding our wisdom, isn't the Faustus myth exactly about that (only applied in religious context)? that later was adapted into the story of Frankensein... The warning has been around all the time we are just more prone to ignore these warnings because we are lulled into a childlike state with this superhero stories shoved into our faces the whole damn time.

Given the time and opportunity man's ethics have exceeded this "godlike" idea of ethics superimposed on a universal mind. The pretzel twisting of JP is hard to swallow at times.

? I find that Jordan's perplexed view about the "difference" between natural selection and sexual selection to be a big hole in his intellectual appreciation of the nature of evolution. Sexual selection IS natural selection. That is, a bower bird female picks a male with engineering skills because bower bird females that do so have had greater reproductive success - more survival of offspring that develop in a secure, weatherproof and predator-proof nest than bower bird females that have not developed the practical assessment skills that allow them to identify a well-built nest. The male is simply the mechanism by which the nest - the all-important nest - is built. He is selected because his offspring will, at least in part, inherit his nest-building skill - which skill must, therefore, be genetically determined. Likewise, the puffer fish - the mandala created must relate to a survival skill that convinces the female that the male has preferential, genetically-based survival skills that will be passed on to her offspring. We have to figure it out; they don't - they already know what it is, forged skillfully on the anvil of evolution over millions of years of trial and error. Quite curious that it isn't obvious to Jordan.

The perpetual reference by many people to blue light disrupting peoples' sleep rather baffles me. Anyone that has woken up in an otherwise dark room next to a blue light knows that you actually cannot see blue light with your eyes closed! Try this - find a dark room, one with a blinking blue led would be ideal. Try closing your eyes and still detect the blinking. This is because blood is red. All other wavelengths, including blue, are mostly absorbed, leaving mainly red light transmitted through to your retina.

Cinderella is a heroines journey - so is stairway to heaven by Led Zeppelin- this journey cannot be seen well because it has not yet historically happened - the matrix(mother)is infinite potential therefore prime and the logos(father/son) is the first explorer of that making it male - but the heroine journey will be the universally redemptive story in response to Christ - we are on that brink but the story cannot yet be told. Some that are alive now journey in places that cannot yet be shared in narrative form because it is unfolding now and they are are living it ( definitely not in the woke public hell but hidden so deeply that they are barely aware of it most of the time) - JP - I love you so much - but the story that heather is speaking of and Bret alluded to is not a marvel rendition of gender swapping superheroes - it’s a tale that is not yet - once was - but has never been in - also Jordan you are so important to me and I mean no disrespect - but I implore you to consider that maybe perhaps possibly just a little your views are hardening lately - understandably - but dear one please listen to Brett and heather until they finish speaking - they respect and love you so much they gave you great breadth - but you didn’t notice the slight poke about “listening” - that Brett sent you - “do you do that on your podcast?” I know you’ve been through hell but you can get through by keeping on evolving - never dig in and hold on too tight. Never fall for self deception as you would plead for us all. Love you all so much ❤️❤️❤️

Bower birds clean their rooms aswell as make it the most beautiful space they can. if they have scraps and undesired foliage around them. the females will not accept the males creation, regardless of how magnificent it is. something to consider when observing selection in nature. deriving order out of chaos eminates throughout nature. On the same note, Sacred Ibis have learned to thrive in landfills. so they have taken our biggest mess and niched out real hard. There are flocks of them, just in my home town. Adaptation is Natures biggest challenge/solution, so animals are driven for Niches otherwise theyre just another brick.

I think it's simple sometimes. I look at my female dogs. No males. I can tell they want me to run through the woods and lead them on the hunt. They are ready to go for that all the time. I don't do that. Humans are the same. We form groups, like tribes at work, with friends and family. We are aggressive but we have to control it, but if a group embraces aggression, then they will all behave like that. It fulfills that instinct from our past. I notice at work that the coustomer at a construction job always behaves with feminine character. It doesn't matter if it's the contractor, the male client, or the female. They act subordinate and are soft spoken and with a nurturing demeanor. They offer drinks and small ways of helping. The worker takes the dominant role, and the dominant worker is always the person that the coustomer approaches as the leader, and the workers do to, even if the dominant worker is not the best at doing the job. But the dominant worker will always bring their plans on what to do to the most experienced worker, even though they are submissive and don't take the lead in the group.

So it's simple to understand and see how we still really on evolutionary social behavior.

There are many examples. You can explain why a different group is oriented towards a sexual structure, rather than an aggressive one. So it's obvious that we have had ancestors that evolved to utilize different social structure and development of other servival stratagys. But you can see the old evolution still having effect on our modern behavior. We are no hunters, breeders, or warrior tribes, but we still have those genetics built in, or pass the behavior down through generations. It's hard to believe that it's a learned behavior though considering how diverse our investment and our cultures are. But we are still very much dependent on those animal instincts.

@russellmanweller6694 - 17.09.2022 20:21

All public issues are a result of a well functioning evolutionary state. I'll give you an example. Kids are off limits, but teachers are people and it's a natural instinct to impart knowledge to kids. If a teacher lives there life in a way familiar to a particular category of people, let's say, submissive, social, planning, strategizing, but also trans gender or gay because that lifestyle serves for a good strategy for a person in the category of people that use normal behavior to succeed in a society, then they may recognize that a child has the type of mind and personality that will do well in life by developing the skills that that teacher is familiar with.

The teacher is doing the child a kindness to recognize it, and try to treat it in a way that teaches and reinforcers those characteristics in the child, because the teacher has life experience in living as a person that group of personality types.

The fact that they are trans or gay has nothing to do with the life lessons they have learned because they are in the same group as the child as far as temperament goes.

The child is not gay, and nether are most of the millions or billions of people that make up the group that the teacher and that child fit into.

Maybe the child does feel comfortable as a gay or trans person for whatever reason, but ether way, the teacher can recognize that he or she has wisdom to share with that child because they can recognize that he child will end up living with the characteristics that classify that group of people based on their evolutionary traits.

Now, let's say that some teachers cross the line and want to engage with the child about sexual identity.

The child may or may not be gay or trans, but it still will fit into the large group of people that gay and trans people will most likely fit into also.

It's okay for the teacher to nurture those skills that fit in that large group of people, but it's not ok to assume the role of guidance and nurturing of the childs development in it's sexual path.

Now this is where our well deserved and healthy evolutionary behavior comes in as humans.

The bad teacher makes a video about wanting to teach sexual preferences to kids, but then you start seeing teachers that are trans, making videos that say you can identify as a dinosaur or a wolf, or a cupcake.

The teacher that makes the dinosaur video still wants the same thing as the trans promoting teacher, and that is for society to allow teachers that recognize that the child that fits into the same large group as them, to be taught how they can succeed in that group.

The dinosaur teacher doesn't want to teach about sex, like the bad sex teacher does, but they both want society to free their hands to be able to share their wisdom with children that will binifite from it.

The secret is that, the good dinosaur teacher, is actually sabotaging the bad sex teacher, and they might not know it, but they are doing that through instinct and healthy evolutionary processes.

If they make the issue so rediculous that it is not tolerated, then they have stayed true to their beliefs that that large group of normal people should be allowed to teach kids to be different and also teach society to value that large group of people, but at the same time, cause us to reject the idea of labeling people by their pronouns or their personalities, and therefore descrimination against them.

So it's hard to explain, but the video of the teacher saying you can identify as a dinosaur is playful, freeing up of social norms and descrimination, and promoting acceptance, but at the same time it's deligitimizing the movement of the bad sex teachers.

It's an intuitive strategy focused on mass psychology and communal change.

The submissive group is challenging the dominant group in every area and the dinosaur teacher is drawn to active participation in the developing social revelation that we are going through.

The bad sex teacher will fail, and the good dinosaur teacher will win, and people will start to accept that the submissive group can hold power also.

Unfortunately, everyone will want to be part of the revolution, so people like the bad sex teacher will use a bad method of getting people to give teachers the freedom to mold kids using their own experience, expertise, and knowledge gained though living life. But, because we have instincts and evolutionary traits to help keep us on a good path, most people, like the dinosaur teacher, will find a way to sabotage the bad methods, and at the same time promote the cause by using good methods.

Now, I won't say if children and society should be freed to express themselves as a dinosaur or a cupcake, or if it's a social revolution of the submissive to overthrow the dominant, or if it's just the effects of social unrest or suffering, or something else, but I do believe that because of your intelligent instinct and protection from our evolutionary traits, humans will find ways to behave that are healthy and good for the whole, and good teachers will find ways to promote their caring instincts and intelligence towards helping to raise children and get them ready to make the most of their individual potential and personality.

I think you can see the changes being made by intelligence and goodwill that comes from the heart, but there will be people that get it wrong and it can always get messy, and there will be dirty stratagys use by many people in response to change, but I hope that good will come out of this, and I think that the people that are rising up to fight have started doing that for a good reason.

I won't say what side is the correct side, or if they both are, but I think it's happening now because people recognize that they must take action and they will follow the path that works best for them and hope that the change works out well for everyone.

In other words, they don't know how to fight, or what to fight for, but they are fighting it out along the way and instinct and evolutionary safeguards are helping them find the way. All they know is that they must fight, because something is happening and it important. So they do what they think is right, and if something doesn't feel right, they don't abandon their particular cause, but they might find a way to sabotage the bad strategy and at the same time promote the good strategy.

So I don't know if we should put the bad sex teacher, and the good identifying as a dinosaur teacher in the same category, even if they are in the same group and use the same strategy, but with a different message an outcome.

Maybe the dinosaur teacher is in the crazy group, but he or she might be fighting the good fight for the millions or billions of people that could binifite from children being taught to take advantage of their own identity and not let the dominant social structure walk all over them. Or whatever they are hoping to accomplish. Ether way, it's probably coming from a place of thousands of years of intelligence. Maybe that evolutionary intelligence is the only thing holding our human family together. Almost all human behavior and social structure is held together by primal behavior and instinct and it would be the first time in history that changes happened in the way we organize society. (Obviously killing lots of people is a tried and true instinctual stratagem, so it could still go very bad for lots of people) but I don't think the trans people are the threat that they want to make them out to be. I think it's something bigger going on.

I’ve been contemplating over the years our evolutionary history on the planes of Africa and how the instinctive behaviour developed in that environment has been detrimental to settled agricultural civilisation, and threatens the existence of everything we have achieved. The kind of people we choose as leaders is an important example of obsolete tribal habits, animosity to other tribal groups, the transference of tribal identity onto entire nations and empires, our tendency to prefer narratives over scientific reasoning, all serve the kind of detrimental, if not pathological persons that are selected to control resources and populations.

As a technologist, the accusation that we engineers design these gadgets to be as you receive them is not entirely accurate. Some of that is true, but marketing also has a hand in the way these things are designed, and often not in the way that engineers would do it (though, it's reasonably argued that's a good thing, in most cases). I think the criticism that sticks best is that engineers don't understand people that well.

There has been an enormous amount of scientific case studies on the correlation between endocrine disruptors in the form of ambient pesticides such as Glyphosate (phosphonomethyl glycine) on hormone receptor deformation in utero. The 500% soil saturation level increases over the past 20 years of Glyphosate commercially worldwide and has been linked directly to " Gender Fluidity". Currently 98% of all beer & wine contain an increasing amount of Glyphosate ,which doesn't dissipate in the human body & is transferred through the placenta very early in pregnancy. Glyphosate has been proven to both mutate genes & be an endocrine disruptor by scientists & Gov't agencies around the world. Why is this subject not been brought to the general public ; by placing warnings on alcoholic beverages containing Glyphosate to all women of child bearing years. If a woman of child bearing years drinks regularly for a decade + prior to pregnancy there are severe health risks to cancer(s), neurological disorders, autism spectrum, Gender Dysphoria, Infertility, etc to future pregnancies. Many countries have banned the sale of RoundUp direct to consumers, but Agricultural Conglomerates are actually increasing their use of it commercially & Gov't agencies are also actively hiding this from the public. When Gov't "leaders" are encouraging parents to alter their children's bodies rather than banning Glyphosate humanity is centrifugally spiraling towards destruction.

IN REAL LIFE, on the other hand, The Heroes Journey is far less grandiose. It is simply the sequence of events that matures one out of the narcissistic phase of thinking or at the least functioning as if the world owes you something to the point where you realise that you have to Pull more than you Weigh. People that are not mature enough to be in relationships of say that relationships "need to be 50/50" ... but relationships are like Bank Accounts that you have to put more into than you take out of. as a real partner you must put in MORE than 100% of what it takes to be a functioning Adult because that 100% individual coverage is merely the point of stagnation, Just maintaining the self. if that is all one can do, how do you build security/stability? What is left to raise children? No company would hire you if your output only covered your salary alone. You must be able to give beyond the self to the group or tribe to be a functional Adult. Getting to the place where other can rely on you is the Journey. How you get there is just the details. Usually this is achieved trough Mastery. Taking Sports seriously, becoming a Chef, or building Headphones - it doesnt matter,

So long as we learn Method (things dont just magically happen, they are a product of specifically applied actions over time) Determination, Intent of Will, Forethought, and Perseverance. Any trial, no matter how mundane is our heroes journey in life. We must be in a place to give of our selves for the greater good, even if that inconveniences us or requires sacrifice. And FAILURE - because without the "try, try again" you are missing out on the forging of the self. You don't BECOME anything of value, and you will end up entitled.

Currently in society we allow girls to believe that nothing will be required of them except perhaps "beauty" and that everything is owed the. This is the Cat Lady's Journey. The Karen's Journey, if you will.
