Again, thanks for this, answered a long-standing question I’ve had
Ответитьthank you for this
ОтветитьI eat like crazy but can't get weight on me, tins of peanut butter daily to! 4 meals a day! What's the deal man??? I'm 54, is that why I'm having hard time bulking up??
ОтветитьBro said don’t get disappointed if you’re only gaining a few pounds a month. My guy, I gain a few pounds a year
ОтветитьGet some animal cream cake or fried chicken sometimes is totally ok for muscle gains, eat whatever you want as a reward of hard training.
ОтветитьYou’re a genius
ОтветитьJunk food may not be a bad option strictly from caloric surplus perspective.
The bad thing is about junk food is its high glicemic index which in the long run can make you insulin resistant. And that's a territory you don't want to step in
Bro im 18 and the scale didn't move at all for like 7 years now what should i do
ОтветитьExcellent stuff
ОтветитьExcellent stuff
ОтветитьI burn around 4500 calories per day it can be hard to hit over that intake thanks bro
ОтветитьAn anecdote about "clean eating" (just because it's hilarious, not advocating this lifestyle AT ALL): One of my best friends and former flatmate was (retired now at the age of 41) a pro ice-hockey player and literally one of the most shredded people I knew personally. 365 days a year, he had a greek god body, with flawless sixpack and monster legs and arms. His nutrition was the insanest thing I have ever seen. He literally only McDonalds, delivery-pizza, popcorn, and white pasta with mayo as sauce and only drank sugary chocolate milk out of buckets. Very poor choice, especially long-term not advisable , but just to make a point about how the body is a crazy molecular machine that can deal with a variety of inputs and as Sean said, if your diet is good otherwise, adding a few junkfood burgers won't do anything at all. Note: my friend luckily didn't go "full Diego Maradona" but maintained his physique, even after retirement and eats very healthily these days.
Ответить20yr old who’s been 120lbs since freshman year, managed to go up to 145 lbs in 2 months and completely plateaued. Will definitely be trying some of this 👍
Ответитьman i weight about 64 kg at 33 years old and 174 cm. All those kcal calculators tell me to eat 3000 kcal a day for bulk. I did this last year and gained fucking 14 kg over 5 months. Thats stupid. Now I am back at about 64 and will go with 2200 kcal/ day and slowly increase if I dont see it working out.
ОтветитьSmile . It helps
ОтветитьThank you this is navigated my way to where I needed to be
ОтветитьBroccoli is delicious tho, ngl. I don't know where this whole, "broccoli is nasty" coming from. Stir fry that s—thing.
ОтветитьLink coconuts because in america theyre all low calorie becuase fatasses ruin all bulk foods for us because high calorie is low deamand; bad business
ОтветитьWait until he finds out that a banana is actually a berry 💀
ОтветитьThank you for this, my maintenance rn with how active I am and just my body type is between 3300-3500 calories, and I had NO IDEA that you could fit this many calories into the day
ОтветитьIf muscle is mainly made up of protein, why do you need to increase your calories if you're already within the 0.8-1.6 g/lb body weight of protein? I'm not challenging the video, I genuinely am curious about the biology of non-protein calories for muscle building!🙂
ОтветитьThis video is a god send. Thank you man!
ОтветитьI really needed this. Thanks a lot, brother.
ОтветитьBro what coconut milk are you buying that is 500 cals!?!?
Ответить47yo hard gainer. Love the modest expectations presented. Got a sub here. Maybe gotta try drinking more calories. I already wake up drinking olive oil and mct. Did supersize me, IF was better but still not enough.
Banana, coconut milk, peanut butter, oil into a drink. Got it.
Some seeds reduce T, including seed oils and peanut butter. And also, encouraging people to eat junk food is not moral, at least.
ОтветитьI have been eating well and i gained weight and some gains to but the problème is i had also alot of belly and lower back fats i dont know whats the problème even though i eat healty food
Ответитьok strange thought but is anyone else SICK to death of the cutting/bulking/counting train? i started hitting the gym last week and have re-organized my workout schedule multiple times from the back and forth second guessing + trial and error of what route i wanna go. I started meal prepping, sticking to 45-60 minute training, stuck to two muscle groups each day, I go at 4AM & have been getting 6-7 hours of sleep ... and while its not magic, my body is starting to react to the change and I can DEFINITELY see the form setting in since before I ever touched a weight.
I want an aesthetic, sculpted, LEAN body—i don't wanna be jacked or buff. i find the calorie counting extremely obsessive & mentally tiring. like bruh I just wanna stick to my lil healthy diet, get some good protein in, veggies, clean foods, allat! -- train hard and get my rest! I dont need the extra macho gym bro bodybuilder bullshit. im not trynaa have body dysmorphia nor am I tryna count every single gram I put in my body. we are not machines.
Been struggling with appetite ever since I got back to the gym, been consistent but this video will definitely help with my intake. thank you so much
ОтветитьMy body naturally is perfectly fine eating 1800 calories a day... and I will probably remain 160 pounds doing so. currently weighing 170, and having a lot of trouble. Thanks for this video.
ОтветитьHold up... im tired of this burger slander.... How the hell is a burger classified as a "processed non whole food" I mean yeah, if you get a fast food burger sure... But I dont understand how a normal ass home made burger is not a whole food. You got some bread... some lettuce... some beef... what is bad about any of that? I mean if your trying to avoid carbs, i get it, And that ketchup is sugary... but its only a little bit of ketchup. A burger can totally be a healthy food! as long as you are healthy enough to eat red meat of course.
ОтветитьThis is one of the concerns I'm having with my current plan as I'm trying to both loose dozens of lbs of fat, but also wanting to build my strength back up to where it was years ago before I got lazy. I don't want to eat more calories to build the muscle, but don't want to lose out on what my muscles need to repair and grow/strengthen because I'm trying to keep the calorie deficit
ОтветитьStress gets the best of me. If im stressed about relationships, vehicles or anything big it completely kills my appetite. And if i force feed myself i throw it up. On a good day i can eat 4 bigmacs and a large fry. Then eat when i get home.
ОтветитьI find it hard to eat anything after a junk food meal. The low quality of the food makes me bloat and its hard to eat anything else after. I can eat much more "clean" food. Junknfood messes everything up for me.
Ответитьid recommend trying 'good protein' protein powder, its loaded with actual nutrients and seems to be one of the most natural clean protein powders i can find. im a hard gainer and very tall, with stomach issues for over a decade, and this brand of protein helps me get proper amount of nutrients and protein without relying on some cheaply made mass or protein shake, which is 95% of powders out there. I add large scoops of peanut butter and i feel it can up my intake. it is pricey though but to me its worth it for the actual nutrients and non processed ingredients
ОтветитьI am not trying to bulk, but am just trying to consume more calories to hit my daily calorie intake amount. Will this help me?
ОтветитьI personally find it hard to eat more "junk food" since at a certain point I can't enjoy it anymore and it feels like I am "wasting" eating unhealthy foods when I don't even enjoy it.
Ответитьthank you
ОтветитьI think the biggest thing is just getting your metabolism up so it doesn't feel like you're eating so much. I used to have a hard time eating 2500 calories in a day and now I have to stop myself from eating more than 3500 and can even get up to over 5000 on a cheat day.
Ответить💥👍
ОтветитьI just completed my summer shred, i am at 12% bodyfat and happy for the summer but i now want to start increase some until next year. Is 20KG possible in 12 months without being to fat and chubby? How much of lean bulk is achieavable in 12 months? Appreciate any input 💪🏻
ОтветитьI’ve been in a diet rut for the last 3 months, and the fact that I might be regressing coz I can’t eat was freaking me out. This video was exactly what I needed 🙌🏻❤️🙏🏼
ОтветитьHello, im a beginner, can you recommend a best brand for whey protein, or mass gainer, thank you.
ОтветитьThanks for the advice I was getting enough protein but I was still about 800 calories under my needs. I'm a skinny guy 6'4 170lb and I was eating a lot of clean stuff and didn't realize I was eating in a calorie deficit until I crunched the numbers.
Ответитьim just working on weight lose not gaining muscle but its nice to watch videos like this if i want to
ОтветитьWonderful content. Simple direct and easy. ❤
ОтветитьIf there’s any hardgainers looking for a good bulking shake, here’s what I’ve been running. It uses commercial weight gainer but I’m sure you could substitute for protein powder. It’ll also taste best with vanilla or berry flavoured powder.
- Just under 250ml of milk (depends on your powder and how you like the thickness of your shake)
- Weight gainer of choice
- 2 cups of frozen berries
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 Cup of oats
- 3 tablespoons of hemp seed
You can adjust the shake however you need, that’s just what’s been working for me. 1 or 2 of those a day plus your regular whole foods will give amazing results. I’d love to hear other shake concoctions from you guys.
Your Videos are the best! They really help me in the Gym!
Ответитьpeanut cream and toast is the way! high in calories and protein
Ответить
