FREEZE OR NOT FREEZE [BETTERMENT] I MCA CET 2022

Sir 3rd round ke lie abhi tak apne vidro dali nai plz before 3pm kuch update doo
Can i still have my previous seat of cap 1 if i choose betterment in cap 3!!

Sir, I had paid seat acceptance fees two times (2000)because first time it was showing incomplete . Then how will I get my fees back?Any procedure?
