I will never understand the way you rate things 😂 Not because you use penguins and meatballs, but there is not really a rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes you will give something 2.5 and say it's average and sometimes you give 2.5 and say you are impressed! I don't get it...

yeah I totally agree about the manual transmission not being available on the sport. all you can get is a 6 speed manual paired with the 2.0l. It's like they think manual transmissions are for cheap people that don't want to spend another 1500 on a CVT, which his nonsense lol.

Came her cuz I'm shopping used Subies. All my drivetime is at night. No one seems to do any of their review in the dark. It's a 2021, No LED headlights is super stupid and def a deal breaker. It'll be the Limited trim or nothing. This is a GREAT (and witty) review/reaction, esp compared too all the super boring dudes I just sat thru. I was hooked on the drive test. Thanx! Great job!!

I dont like how my 2022 crosstrek manual doesn't have decent gauges. It would be nice to have a temperature and oil pressure gauge

I bought a 2022 manual 6 speed. It's a premium. The manual with the 2.0 is quite adequate, performs better then a 2.0 CVT. There is no reason they couldn't offer a 2.5 with a manual, it would be more fun then the 2.0

That being said it still seems very solidly built and decently price considering the market

Manuals have only accouned for 10% - 12% of sales across the board for the last decade+.
They just don't sell anymore.

I have a 2015 crosstrek in satin orange pearl and it's definitely underpowered when in the hills. could really use a turbo. my new 2022 limited should be here in 3 more weeks and it has the bigger engine everyone thinks is better. I'll see for myself soon.

100% agree on the manual. When Cadillac’s idiot leaders were dragged into offering the manual for their new 600+hp sport sedan I’m sure they thought it would not sell. More than 50% of the cars sold with manuals for the first model year.

No, no turbo please. Naturally aspirated 182 ho engine is perfect for this car. I just want it to be a hybrid when they do the redesign.

We just went with a 6 speed manual . Forget all that CVT stuff.
