Video Editing With Pictory

How can I layer a b roll into the shot and position?

I want to use to edit my videos where I speak. Would this work? Currently I use Kinemaster

Can we change background into that

Does this include editing a video previously made by Pictory?.. I am not a video guy but for now Pictory is second to NONE!
