I would give anything if I had known years ago just how bad oatmeal and almonds are on your body. I had no idea. Almonds will forever be my all time favorite food but I will never put one in my mouth ever again nor will I ever eat oatmeal again.

My favorite ice cream is mint and chocolate chip.

That nutmeg chicken meal and the corn and pasta dish look amazing!

Molly Ringwald eats smashed avocado toast with salt, pepper, lemon, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes (she says that is her favorite thing to eat).
Catherine Zeta Jones eats porridge (very similar to oatmeal) with bananas, brown sugar, and blueberries (she says she has it every day).

This is the first video I've watched in the series where you can tell she doesn't have an issue with food and genuinely enjoys it. Very refreshing to watch.

Famous or not, where is the, for breakfast I ate my leftover chips and salsa from Chili's, delicious snack! Then I had a Claussen pickle, a handful of peanuts, and a slice of American cheese. For lunch I ate well, mesquite deli turkey on wheat with miracle whip and again, American cheese. With a handful of Doritos. For dinner, I normally make a bolognese over sketti and freezer garlic bread but tonight we were feeling like Little Caesars soooo got crazy and got crazy bread and a Most Bestest Pepperoni! For dessert I decided not to get into my Ben and Jerry's and ate a handful of Skittles!

Imagine waking up in the morning and deciding if you will get up or go back to sleep. Lol must be nice! Will think of you while in rush our traffic every morning. And I do agree about walnuts, they are under rated for sure.

Dude she basically described my lunch yesterday and walnuts are SO underrated and they’re my favorite snack! Always fit in atleast a 30 minute run or walk. Avocados I just eat straight though 😂 martini while cooking and wine with dinner most nights though 😂

I love that biscuits and gravy are in her vocabulary AND repertoire 😊

Disappointed that Kate eats meat given the fact that she there are so many healthy vegetarian and vegan options available today.
