The Captain is charged with the safety of the passengers , the crew and the ship.
I’m sure when signing on for the cruise this was made clear to them.
As far as the churlish comment about the food, at any time the passengers could have made a request for a specific protein.but they didn’t.
The primaries leaving was classless crude and rude. The snotty attitude by sayin she would have returned the food struck me as odd since it didn’t look like she ever returned any food ever served to her to her.

Funny thing is Michael Oher is nowhere near that Yacht considering it's his money paying for it.

Bottom line if someone hits the dock it’s the captains fault he is at the wheel. I never thought this captain was good at his job or even adequate and he was always willing to throw everyone under the bus but never accepted any of the responsibility for his screwups IMHO? In other words he sucked as a captain!! IMHO

The boat never left a dock , than its just a glorified motel, i would have demanded a full refund.

If tradies don't get paid by rich people, the materials used in the house belong to the tradie. Maybe, if they can access the house they could destroy their work. If taken to court, for damages, their actually destroying their own materials, and work.

Here’s the thing that Ship has seen a 80% downturn in Bookings because of the Unprofessional crew members.. I personally would never Charter that Ship with that Crew, They are Amateurs and Unprofessional… And a Danger to themselves and others, Almost all those Crew members are now Out of the Business as they can’t get anyone else to Hire them, Most agencies are actually Black listing them. This Below deck series as shown us one thing … WHO NOT TO HIRE…😢

Just watched this episode - the boat never left the dock the entire charter, they DID tip $15,000 which is pretty near what they have typically gotten past charters this season. Love the heightened drama 😂

I tip where it’s customary but I don’t understand one thing, why do I pay more for someone to do a good job? Why isn’t this expected and performed? It’s weird how some services you tip but most jobs/workers see no tip for a good days work. How did this even start?

They got a way cheaper charter and STILL didnt tip?

Typical little bit of money people. You can tell who is doing well vs actually being rich. Seems like the people who are just doing well act like they are rich. No class, demanding, and unsympathetic. Instead of understanding why the captain didn't leave" for there safety" they get mad and throw a hissy fit. I can almost guarantee they act like Karen's and kens in there daily life and people hate them.

The whole concept of tipping is wrong. Pay the hire up front, crew do the job that is expected of them, paid adequately by their employing company. End of story. Professional consultants neither expect nor receive tips. You get what you negotiate, agreed beforehand. And if the guests saw the trashy behaviour in the spa pools by the crew, they would disinfect and disembark the next day! 👀 Garbage. 🦨🦨🦨🦨🦨

How Kate tolerated lazy whiny Jen beyond me.Ive worked with lazy unwilling to learn complaining servers like her. She should be blacklisted. If as much effort in learning as there was complaining her adventure wouldn't been so unpleasant. She let her mouth overload her butt.

They should thank the capt for keeping them safe...3 decades ago 14 of us booked a fishing trip, the night before the trip the weather was very bad, so the fishing trip organizer rang the trawler owner to see if the fishing trip was still on, the owner of the trawler told him the weather is fine over here "he was lying"... When we got there the sea was very rough and as we headed towards the entrance "20 min later" the trawler almost sunk and we were told by the owner to stand at the back end of the trawler for fear the trawler could easily nose dive to the bottom of the sea with that much weight at the front. so we all stood at the back end with waves crashing all over us...Even the owner started to panic. We were very lucky we made it back to the jetty safely, but only just... "If we all stayed in the cabin the trawler would have surely sunk".

Is that a Russian vessel?
