Probably the biggest threat to environment is global warming. Let's look at the causes and what we can do about it.
Burning fossil fuels, such as coal, oil and gas, releasescarbon dioxide into the amtosphere. These gases then get trapped in the atmosphere. This layer of gases trap in heat radiating up from the Earth.This causes the planet to get hotter. We call this The Greenhouse Effect, because it is similar to how a greenhouse works by trapping the heat from the sun. So the Earth is getting hotter.
What can we do to solve this problem? We can reduse the amount of greenhouse gases that we put into the atmosphere. The are many things we can do to help. Here are a coulpe. We should use energy saving light bulbs. And we can drive more efficient cars. So burning fussel fuels leads to global warming, but what are the negative effects of higher temperatures and what we should do to help the environment? The ice caps are melting. As a result, sea levels are rising. We should use renewable energy. Deserts are growing. We should plant more trees.
This chart shows the cause and effect of global warming. Burning fussel fuels releases gases into the atmosphere. These gases then get trapped in the atmosphere. This layer that traps heat. As a result the Earth gets hotter. This causes the ice caps to melt. So sea levels begin to rise.
What other environmental problems are there? Oceans are polluted. We should save water in the home. Air polution causes health problems. We should use public transport. Wildlife is losing its habitat. We should protect the rainforests. Landfills emit greenhuse gases. We should reduse, reuse, and recycle. The three Rs. These are probably the greatest thing we can do to help protect the environment.
Reduce. It's would be better for the environment is we reduced the amount of things we buy and use. It would also save us money.
Reuse. We should reuse things when we can. Don't use disposable shopping bags. Instead take a reusable bag.
Recycle. Help the environment by recycling your waste. We can recycle paper, plastic, metal, and glass.

if you use public transport, you will prevent the pollution of the planet by 1 percent. large cities can remove a few extra factories on the territory of the city. I'm worried about global warming because I don't want what my kids suffer. I was recycling batteries. I don't throw them in the trash but take them over to a special recycling center. I think the biggest problem is the pollution of the atmosphere, because if our ozone layer is not there, radio-ion particles from the sun will enter our body and new incurable diseases will begin to be created.

i consider that we all together can't prevent a pollution but we may make our planet cleaner then it is. the most people don't recycle for the reason that is no special equipment like recycling bins or recycling factories or they just don't want. as for me, i haven't ability to recycle but i usually use things to the last and then throw it away. to improve air quality we shouldn't use personal cars if we can walk on foot and also grow more plants in our houses and gardens

It seems to me that the pollution of the planet is affecting living beings. The seas and rivers have garbage in their waters. The land is not suitable for farming. The air is polluted by smog from cars. Trees are cut down and animals hunted. Consciousness must be taken in taking better care of the planet so as not to end up lifeless. I think that we all have to do our part and it starts from a very simple and little actions, for example:
1. Everytime I go fishing I collect a bag full / plenty of plastic garbage (this is my personal way of thanking to sea for the fish I fish)
2. The local governments, the Mayor or the political organisations should make the citizens' life easier: build more efficient roads, especially for bikecycles, limit cars in the city-centre instead of a better and more efficient public transportation, develop a well organized system to sort and collect garbage at home...
3. Yes, of course. I love this planet, I love to go fishing and do a lot of snorkeling, I love animals! I'm worried that one day I couldn't see a sea turtle anymore!
4. Basically, everything I can, even coffee waste (I use it to fertilize my plants on the balcony and on the terrace)

I think there might be two or thress improtant issues that the environment is facing like water pollution, air pollution and also global warming and loss of the diversity of animals and plants.

The things that I usually recycle are plastic bags, plastic water bottles, paper and clothes

For the second question, we all know that there are a lot of air pollution problems in the cities. But we can reduce air pollution by using public transport like bus or train instead of using cars or motorbikes individually. We can also plants more tress to improve air quality in the cities.
For the third question, most of the people who love our planet are worried about the global warming . I am the one of those person, so I am worried about global warming. It's not just a normal bad thing. It has a big impact on our lives. The worse it gets, the more we will suffer.
