I saw pieces of this video elsewhere and I had to check out the original. My favorite parts were the music tracks you assigned each class.

I have friend that is about to start on free trial. It covers every class with pure facts, including not shying away from their downsides. Listed what class is avilable and when is really handy so they will know what classes they have access to.

As a new player, this definitely got me interested in classes I never thought of trying before

MNK, AST, BLM, NIN, GNB ... and BLU
I do squeeze in RDM and DRK but yeah

When you say one man army for WAR, you're not kidding.
During Ghimlet Dark my healers, and my DPS died, leaving me with only a half hp digger mech. I literally tanked it so hard that my team watching from the sidelines started to cheer. At the end, I came out on top and typed word for word: "YOU CAN'T KILL ME! I'M FKING INVINCIBLE!!!"

I was completely caught off guard hearing Sabaton

Astrologian does not unlock at lvl 30, but at lvl 50 as you need to be lvl 50 (as well as clear all ARR content) to enter the city where the Astro trainer is, same with darknight. It is that these 2 jobs start at lvl 30. not unlock at lvl 30.

Oc ideas:

Paladin: a tragic lesbean chosen as the Warrior of Light. Doesn't want to be a soldier or weapon, but plays her part regardless, due to a mix of social and cultural pressure along with OCD. Desperately needs a hug and likely reads HDG.

Warrior: Similar to Paladin but doesn't even get a nice aesthetic. Relies on momentum based attacks. I don't like the whole great axe look, but momentum is cool in its own right, so...

Dark Knight: Warrior of Light later on. I don't know the story of Shadowbringer, but I imagine the whole headmate thing means the hero finally has decent emotional support, so surprisingly less edgy than Paladin.

Sage: Sentry thingies awesome

Great video, and some great music choices- I thought I recognized that xi intro on GNB, and when I looked at the music list, sure enough. lol

Really does a good job selling each job's strong points while humorously bringing up some weaker spots for each, and being a strong presentation all around. Using Artifact Armor glams for each job was another nice touch, because that's one way the game sells you on starting jobs in the character selection screen and the opening cutscene.

Watched this video at least 5 times. Great!

As someone who's decided not to choose, just play whatever job I fancy (which changes from day to day)... This vid was still helpful, as it actually informed me how to squeeze out a little more DPS from some of the classes.

Anyone here has played PSO2? Not NGS but the old PSO2, because I would like to hear your opinions on this:

How does Dragoon feel compared to a Bouncer using the Jetboots? And how "similar" is the Paladin with Etoile (beyond the fact that PSO2 does not use the traditional line-up of tank-melee dps-healer-ranged for the fights like FFXIV does)? And the Gundbreaker with the Luster?

Those three classes are the ones I played the most in PSO2 and now that I'm going to start with FFXIV I'm looking for something similar, not in gameplay, I know it's differen from one another, but in how it feels overall.
