ОтветитьI really enjoy the workout. However, I find that when I raise my head off the ground to try and engage my abs more, I get really bad neck pain and can’t continue with the workout. Does anybody know why this could be happening and how I can still do this workout?

ОтветитьI got threw em all except for the last one but gave myself 20 seconds cos I couldn’t get past threw the 3rd workout. Really good plan, I will practice this everyday and hopefully I’ll be smashing the workout

PLEASE DO THIS AND CHALLENGE YOURSELF TO FAILURE! I've been doing it for 2 weeks now and I notice my core actually getting stronger and I do see a bit of improvement visibly on my abs. (Note, I do go to the gym regularly 4x a week, but never focus on my abs)
Well, it was a mistake to do this routine after kettlebell swings and glute bridges. All those leg lift exercises at the beginning were torture on my tired ass. I was so happy when it came time for the crunches. Yay! An easy exercise! After that it was pretty no problem. Next time I do this it won't be after I'm already fatigued, but I'll do this set twice. Nice well rounded ab workout. I'll add some regular sit ups and maybe some extra oblique stuff but aside from that I'll leave it as is. Thanks!
