Have to say if Yarde had gone for the body from the 1st round i think hed have gotten kov down the stretch - showed lack of experience too in round 9/10 by going after him and not just having a rest and trying again in like round 11/12 down the stretch.

Meanwhile some people were trying to not give Canelo credit for beating champ Kovalev claiming he was washed just because Yarde tested him when Yarde also tested beast mode hyped Beterbiev. Matter of fact, if Beterbiev had a win over Kovalev it would be one of the top if not THE top win of his career but people somehow try to deny the smaller man Canelo credit.

Yarde is overly muscular for 175; his flexibility is reduced, and more importantly, those muscles need an excessive amount of blood and oxygen compared to his opponents.
He needs to jump on Beterbiev early to have a real chance

Yarde insists on the shoulder shuffle so he legs are never set quickly enough, Kovalev just dances back and forth jabbing and hitting him with left and straight rights before moving again. Shows huge difference in boxing ability even when Yarde is the possibly the better athlete.
