How To Connect X2T Trigger to V1 SPEED LIGHT

The flash strength maxes out at 1/4 power when synced with the x2t. I tried to go higher (like 1/2 power or 1/1 power), but it won’t. Why? What am I doing wrong?

Can you control the zoom of multiple V1 flashes from the X2T? ... I figured out how to get one V1 flash to have its "zoom" controlled from the X2t, but it seems like the zoom control is "universal" from the trigger and cannot control two flash zooms independently. .. What am I doing wrong?
