I saw someone use DXVK on Windows 11 in Dead Space Remake and Jedi Fallen Order to get rid of traversal stuttering the games typically have on windows 10/11. Is that what its typical use is for? Its how I discovered it anyway. Also Can u use DXVK on DX12 games like dead space remake or did the utube video mistake DXVK for VKD3D? I ask cause I heard DXVK doesnt work on DX12 games yet someone made a vid showing it did unless theres some weird misinfomation I got.
Seeing ur games stutter with it has confused me since I have only seen it in the context of fixing stuttering issues in windows games.
far cry 6 can run with vkd3d-proton and it greatly reduces stutter,work very well!

Ответитьi cant seem to make it work for, Wild hearts, Immortals of Aveum, Hogwarts Legacy, Remnants 2. These are the only dx12 games I've tried on and all of them aren't working. I've followed your tutorial and still didn't work :( . Remnants 2 gave out error dx12 is not supported. while the other game simply just won't open.

Ответитьi want to make this work for hogwarts legacy. i cant make it work. when i put dxgi.dll and d3d12.dll in hogwarts binary folder. the game does not start. (dxgi log and vkd3d log do not throw an error)
Ответитьsadly this doesnt work on all games. Ghostwire tokyo and The Last of Us Part 1 are two games i tested that do not work with this. at least on my setup Ryzen 5800x and RX 6800

ОтветитьDidn't know that vkd3d-proton runs so bad on Windows. I don't have these stutters and really poor performance on Linux at all (I have NVIDIA Turing architecture GPU).
